HotelMC - 2715 Broad Street - Responsibilities: Maintenance: Manage work orders and preventative maintenance tasks; basic repairs such as electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.; Inventory: Maintain and order maintenance supplies and tools.; Housekeeping Support: Prep rooms for housekeeping, remove linens, and assist with housekeeping needs.; Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security.; Other Duties as Assigned.
