Company Events that celebrate our teamwork and success. How You Will Make an Impact Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industrial markets. Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools (Pipedrive). Conduct regular outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, site visits, networking, and client meetings. Build relationships with prospective clients to understand facility needs, capital plans, and upcoming project opportunities. Identify opportunities for greenfield plant projects, facility expansions, and capital improvements related to process utility and piping systems. Lead early-stage customer qualification to evaluate strategic alignment, safety culture, and business fit. Collaborate with estimating, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate project feasibility and pursue aligned opportunities. Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations to secure new work. Maintain strong customer engagement throughout the pursuit and project lifecycle to build trust and identify additional opportunities. Participate in project kickoff and closeout discussions to reinforce customer relationships and support future business opportunities. What You Need to Succeed 3+ years of proven work experience in Industrial piping, preferably within food, beverage, or dairy processing facilities. Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Piping Systems and applications. Sales experience, preferred. Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred). Experience with Pipedrive, preferred. OSHA 30, preferred. Availability to travel up to 75% of the time. Availability to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed. Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
