As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and assist employees and visitors with professional communication and customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.05 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while supporting a professional and welcoming environment. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
