Senior IT Support Specialist

Salary: $90,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• We prefer experience in help desk support and Windows environments, with at least 3 years in help desk and 5 years in Windows.
• We need strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• We expect advanced analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
• We value the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients and internal teammates.
• We are seeking someone who demonstrates accountability, integrity, adaptability, strong collaboration, and a customer-first mindset.

• We require the ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs, with or without assistance.
• We require the ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and remain at a computer workstation for extended periods.
• We require the ability to commute to our Medford, OR location and relocate before starting work.

• We lead technical projects and provide proactive and reactive support across diverse client environments.
• We ensure smooth IT operations through system design, analysis, and disaster recovery planning.
• We deploy, configure, and manage both on-premise and cloud-based solutions.
• We troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.
• We document systems, processes, and client environments accurately and in a timely manner.
• We collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and technical performance.
• We participate in an on-call rotation to support clients after hours when needed.
• We work with technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, networking, and automation/scripting.
• We perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements to increase efficiency.
• We manage implementations, migrations, and upgrades for business-critical systems.
• We maintain accurate records in our ConnectWise system and spend most of our time on billable work.
