Senior Director of Behavioral Health Senior Management Medford, OR, US 1 Attachments Wage starts at $113,000/annually Rogue Community Health is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Behavioral Health who is passionate about serving a diverse patient population and advancing high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic leadership, knowledge of program development, and a commitment to our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, and community. A Graduate degree in Mental Health and at least five years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting are required. 3-5 years of program management or supervisory experience, ideally providing clinical supervision to therapists, social workers, or medical staff is highly preferred. A successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership in enforcing healthcare laws, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations (including HIPAA), and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Experience working within Patient-Centered Primary Care Homes (PCPCH) or community mental health environments is strongly preferred. This position requires regular travel between clinic locations.
