Project Accountant

Project Accountant Location: Lansdale, PA Overview VHB is currently looking to hire a Project Accountant to join our Northeast Regional Finance team. This position is hybrid out of our Lansdale, PA office. Responsibilities Preparation and processing of client invoices including agency workbooks; cover letters; progress reports Maintaining records of billing terms as necessary, including rate tables Maintain certain client portal access for invoice uploads Review and processing of subconsultants invoicing relative to project requirements Accounts receivable collection assistance Assistance with research & resolution of client questions related to invoicing and payments Additional tasks as assigned Skills and Abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Must be self‑motivated with ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Team oriented with ability to perform multiple tasks independently in a timely manner and collaborate effectively & positively with coworkers Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management, or equivalent experience 0‑4 years of related accounting, finance, billing, or equivalent experience (preferably within the AEC industry) Knowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint or other similar financial applications a plus Our best estimate of the hourly salary range for this position located in Pennsylvania is $26/hr to $39/hr. This offer is determined based on a number of job‑related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
