Accounting Clerk (34 Month Contract) Manufacturing | Fully Onsite Hatfield, PA | $20$24/hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a manufacturing company in Hatfield, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a 34 month temporary assignment. This role supports daily accounting operations, transactional processing, and recordkeeping during a period of increased departmental workload. Ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working fully onsite Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and assist with weekly payment runs.
• Support account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
• Assist with cash applications, posting payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain and organize financial filing systems (electronic and physical).
• Generate weekly accounting reports as requested by the team.
• Provide support during month-end close activities.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing questions.
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support accounting operations.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• High school diploma required; additional accounting coursework a plus.
