What Youll Do Post all accounts receivable transactions accurately and on a timely basis.Process customer payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic payments, and ensure proper application to accounts.Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.Prepare and send customer statements as needed.Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing questions or disputes.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting as required.
