Safety Mojo is targeting 3x growth next fiscal year, and this role is the engine for it. We need a Demand Generation Manager who can run the pipeline math: someone equally comfortable setting a quarterly plan, reviewing a landing page, and explaining to the CRO why CAC moved. You'll inherit an existing funnel visualization and message house, built with our product marketing manager, and your job is to turn that foundation into predictable, scalable pipeline.

What You'll Own

• Pipeline Strategy & Planning
  • Build and own the demand gen plan required to 3x pipeline/revenue, broken down by channel, segment, and funnel stage
  • Set and manage the demand gen budget, with a clear point of view on channel mix and CAC/payback targets for each
  • Own full-funnel reporting — MQL/SQL/pipeline/win -rate by source — and report results against plan to the head of marketing and CRO monthly
  • Build the business case for incremental budget or headcount as growth targets require it
• Campaign & Channel Execution
  • Translate the Gather Better / See Earlier / Act Faster messaging framework and persona message houses into always-on and campaign-specific demand programs
  • Own ABM/target account strategy for named construction as well as and oil & gas accounts, in partnership with Sales
  • Oversee webinars, trade show/field event support, and partner/co-marketing programs relevant to the safety/EHS space
  • Own website conversion performance — landing pages, forms, CTAs — as a core lever, not an afterthought
• Marketing Operations & Sales Alignment
  • Own lead lifecycle definitions (MQL, SQL, SAL) and the scoring/routing logic behind them, in lockstep with Sales
  • Run a regular funnel review cadence with Sales leadership to diagnose where pipeline is breaking down
  • Ensure CRM and marketing automation data is clean enough to trust. This role owns the numbers everyone else reports on

What You Bring

• 4–6 years in demand generation/growth marketing at B2B SaaS
• Direct experience scaling pipeline at a startup under $10M ARR. You know what "3x" actually requires operationally, not just directionally
• Fluency across paid, content/SEO, and marketing ops/lifecycle. You don't need to be best-in-class at all three, but you need to coach and evaluate each
• Strong command of funnel math (CAC, LTV, conversion rates by stage) and comfort presenting it to executives
• Bonus: experience selling into field + corporate dual buyers, industrial/construction, or compliance-driven categories

What Success Looks Like in the First Year

• A documented, repeatable demand gen engine mapped to the 3x pipeline target, with monthly forecasting accuracy the CRO can rely on
• A marketing team that's leveled up: clear roles, clear goals, and less firefighting than when you started
• ABM program live against named target accounts with measurable pipeline contribution
• CAC and payback trending in the right direction as spend scales, not just pipeline volume

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range and other applicable forms of compensation are listed below. Safety Mojo is committed to paying competitively. At the time of offer we’ll work with you to ensure you’re comfortable with actual compensation based on experience, skills, and location.

Base Pay :          $110,000 to $125,000 per year
