This is a physically demanding, manual labor position. You will be on the front lines of property disasters (water, fire, and mold). If you enjoy active work, working with your hands, and seeing the immediate results of a hard day's labor, you will thrive here. You aren't just a laborer; you are a restoration professional.

• Heavy Mitigation: Manually remove water-damaged materials, including soaked carpeting, heavy padding, drywall, and debris.
• Equipment Setup: Load, unload, and maneuver heavy industrial air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Demolition & Cleanup: Perform "tear-outs" and cleaning in challenging environments like crawlspaces, attics, and flooded basements.
• Ethical Execution: Follow strict industry standards to ensure the job is done right the first time, protecting the homeowner from future issues.
• Rapid Response: Participate in an on-call rotation to help our community when emergencies happen after hours.

• Solid Pay: Starting at $17.00/hr with plenty of overtime opportunities.
• Standby Bonus: We value your time. You receive a guaranteed weekend standby bonus for on-call rotations, on top of your hourly pay if you are dispatched.
• Paid Training: We pay for your industry certifications (IICRC) and provide a clear path for pay raises as you gain expertise.
• Purpose: You will end every day knowing you directly helped a family or business owner in their hour of need.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or non-climate-controlled spaces.
• Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, with a professional attitude.
• Ethics: A commitment to doing high-quality work, even when no one is looking.
• Communication: Ability to remain calm and empathetic when speaking with stressed homeowners.
• Credentials & Screening:
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
