Owner Relations Representative – Oil & Gas

Location: 100% Remote – Must reside in CO, AZ, NM, OK, UT, WY, GA, or TX

Pay Rate: $25–$35/hour W-2, depending on experience

Contract Duration: Through December 2026, with potential for extension or conversion based on business needs

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time

About the Opportunity

Red Oak Technologies is seeking an experienced Owner Relations Representative – Oil & Gas to support our client in the oil and gas industry.

The ideal candidate will have direct oil and gas industry experience working with mineral and royalty owners , responding to inquiries, obtaining information, providing updates, and resolving ownership-related issues.

This position requires someone who can quickly learn established processes, follow precise instructions, and manage owner inquiries accurately and professionally.

This is not a high-volume call center position . The focus is on owner relations, case management, research, and issue resolution.

What You'll Do

• Communicate directly with mineral and royalty owners via phone and email to obtain information, answer questions, and provide updates.
\n
• Research and resolve owner inquiries involving ownership records, payments, account information, and documentation.
\n
• Route cases and inquiries to the appropriate internal departments for resolution.
\n
• Create, prepare, and process division orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
\n
• Track owner requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
\n
• Maintain accurate owner records and documentation.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex owner issues.
\n
• Follow established processes, procedures, and detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Must have prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
\n
• Must have experience working directly with mineral owners, royalty owners, or similar ownership-related contacts in the oil and gas industry.
\n
• Experience obtaining information from owners, responding to inquiries, and providing updates.
\n
• Ability to research issues, coordinate with internal departments, and follow cases through resolution.
\n
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and follow precise instructions.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a fully remote environment.
\n
• Must reside in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, Wyoming, Georgia, or Texas .
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience creating or processing division orders.
\n
• Background in Owner Relations, Land Administration, Lease Administration, or Royalty/Revenue Support.
\n
• Familiarity with mineral ownership records, royalty payments, and ownership documentation.
\n
• Experience using case management systems, CRM platforms, or Salesforce.
\n
