Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care environments preferred.
• Experience with common geriatric diagnoses, mobility programs, and restorative therapy preferred.
