Retail Fulfillment Associate, Southland Mall - FL - Full Time

Job Description As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our omni‑channel customers. This role combines sales floor engagement with back‑of‑house fulfillment responsibilities, such as selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders with care, and assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality. Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure a smooth interaction. Select merchandise and pack online orders accurately. Assist with in‑store and curbside pickup. Maintain a shoppable space: recover floor, update signs, restock merchandise. Coordinate with teammates and support one another to improve customer service. Complete end‑of‑day stockroom organization and provide hand‑off to next shift. Actively promote the loyalty program and share benefits with customers. Meet or exceed daily sales goal challenges. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills with customers and co‑workers. Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team. Comfortable with customer interactions and problem solving. Purchase new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits. Capable of meeting daily sales goals. Essential Physical Requirements Talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands. Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 30 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register, to process transactions.
