KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own all conversion tests across the site, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch variants and ship the winners. We run $2M+ per month on Meta; 3–4+ years CRO for Shopify DTC brands is required.
