Accenture Construct Construction Junior Scheduler, ANS

Accenture Construct Job Opportunity

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because "good enough" builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

The Work:

• You'll assist schedulers with program/project schedule updates while coordinating input from various project teams.
• You'll analyze schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.
• You'll perform QA/QC on P6 schedules and validates logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types.
• You'll perform QA/QC on contractors' schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms.
• You'll read drawings to determine if work is in or out of scope and understands terms and conditions of the contract to determine if any compensable or non-compensable time extensions have merit.
• You'll perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• You'll assist the scheduling team in reporting projects as necessary.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Here's What You'll Need:

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Minimum of one (1) year full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in an educational facility or public works projects
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification or related certificates
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
• Superior organizational and planning skills

$127,000 - $139,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

What's In It For You:

• The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
• You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
• AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
• Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
• Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
• Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
• Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.

About Accenture Construct:

• Accenture Construct is Accenture's global capital projects business.
• The data centers behind AI. The grid behind the energy transition. The rail, water and airports everything else runs on.
• We plan them, engineer them, deliver them and hand them over and unlike most of this market, we're on the hook for whether they land on time. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. One team that owns the whole thing.
