Associate Import CHB Coordinator

Responsibilities Assist with preparing and processing customs entries. Review shipment documentation for compliance. Support adherence to customs regulations and procedures. Escalate documentation discrepancies and compliance concerns. Participate in training programs and coaching sessions. Build knowledge of customs regulations and procedures. Enter and manage data within brokerage systems. Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Internship or exposure to logistics or customs brokerage (preferred).
