Job Overview A law firm seeks a Bilingual Associate Attorney in The Woodlands, TX. Analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice. Prepare and file documents with courts and relevant agencies. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Texas. Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Education Doctorate Certifications License to practice in Texas Skills Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong legal writing and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet multiple deadlines. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong client service orientation. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
