Assembler Responsibilities
- Assemble generators, motors, and related mechanical components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow assembly instructions and production specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and proper operation
- Identify and report damaged parts or assembly defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Previous fabrication shop, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing experience
- Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on abilities
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift
