Job Description Exciting Opportunity: Accounting Clerk (Contract to Hire) Location: Ontario, CA Type: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $23-27/hour (Based on Experience) Bilingual Preferred: Chinese Mandarin Immediate Start Available, Must have Sage experience Are you an organized and detail‑oriented individual with experience in accounting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract‑to‑Hire Accounting Clerk to join our team in Ontario, CA. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable and Receivable: Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3‑way match process. Code transactions in Sage 100. Vendor Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies. Collections: Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative and office tasks as required. Maintain organized records and documentation. Qualifications: 2+ years of AP/AR experience Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a plus. Familiarity with Sage 100 software. Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
