Senior Program Manager - Southfield, Michigan
Salary: $100-$135k/year (based on proven work history)

Position Summary of the Senior Program Manager:
As a member of the Direct-to-Consumer Business Unit, the Program Manager's primary responsibility is developing and organizing program objectives and strategy in ways that align with Commercial and Customer goals. Additionally, the Program Manager will oversee the progress of new and existing product programs, providing strategic guidance to teams and project stakeholders within the Operations group. The goal is to support Commercial Leads to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization and to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager:

• Organize programs and open activities in accordance with goals of organization and customer
• Work closely with Vice President of Sales to develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
• Manage cross-functional and external activities required to achieve the planned objectives, within defined timelines, and ensure that our customer optimizes the demands of the customer
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status with updates on project needs and risks
• Create and manage program support documentation
• Facilitate forecasting report outs with S&OP Team
• Work with Commercial and Customer Service Teams to drive resolutions to customer issues

Qualifications of the Senior Program Manager:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• 4 years of proven work experience in program management with record to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent programs to success
• Bedding/mattress industry experience a plus
• Open, positive, and collaborative working style, capable of working across multiple different teams and disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, understanding of SAP/ERP a plus
