Inside Sales Representative Grand Rapids, MI $27.00/hour | Non-Exempt Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys helping customers, managing accounts, and driving renewals? Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with account management, customer service, or inside sales experience who thrives on building long-term customer relationships rather than cold calling. In this role, you will work closely with existing customers, manage a book of business approaching renewal, generate referrals, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. What You'll Do: Manage and grow an established book of business by handling customer renewals, account management activities, and referral opportunities. Partner with outside sales representatives and internal teams to provide customers with tailored solutions and exceptional service. Prepare quotes, leases, product sales documentation, and accurately process customer transactions through CRM systems. Maintain ongoing customer relationships by following up on accounts, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue. Track sales activities, manage customer information, and contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and performance objectives. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing sales role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Experience managing accounts, renewals, referrals, and sales pipelines. CRM experience preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Background in accounting, contracts, legal support, paralegal work, business operations, or customer-facing environments is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent professional sales experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
