What You’ll Do Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel. Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in our process. Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving. Learn how to confidently handle objections and set appointments. Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence. A self-motivated, competitive mindset. Someone who enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for results. Ability to commute to our Byron Center office. Availability for one of the following consistent schedules: Saturday - Wednesday 10 am - 6:30 pm Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required. This is a 100% on-site position in Byron Center, MI. What You’ll Get Typical earnings of $ 50,000– $70,000 annually .
