Descrizione del ruolo L’Account Manager svolge un ruolo chiave nella gestione delle relazioni commerciali, fungendo da punto di contatto principale tra l’azienda e i clienti e assicurando un alto livello di servizio e continuità della collaborazione. La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella gestione dei clienti esistenti, nell’individuazione di nuove opportunità di upselling e cross-selling e nel coordinamento con i team interni per garantire la corretta erogazione dei servizi o prodotti. Tra Le Principali Responsabilità Rientrano Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti assegnato. Mantenimento e rafforzamento delle relazioni commerciali. Identificazione di opportunità di upselling e cross-selling. Gestione delle richieste e delle esigenze dei clienti. Collaborazione con team Sales, Marketing e Operations. Monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente e dei principali KPI. Supporto nella negoziazione e rinnovo dei contratti. Il ruolo è ideale per persone orientate al cliente, con ottime capacità relazionali e commerciali, e forte attitudine al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Costituiscono un vantaggio precedenti esperienze in ruoli commerciali o di gestione clienti, pur valutando anche candidati motivati con buone capacità comunicative e spirito proattivo. Requisiti Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali Attitudine commerciale e orientamento agli obiettivi Capacità di gestione delle relazioni con i clienti Buone capacità organizzative e di problem solving Familiarità con CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot o simili) costituisce un vantaggio Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese Attitudine al lavoro in team #J-18808-Ljbffr HireMap
