Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, reporting changes as needed. Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and provide necessary interventions. Perform diagnostic tests, procedures, and other treatments as ordered by medical providers. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions. Ensure patient safety and advocate for best care practices within the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

1+ year of acute care RN experience (recent preferred, but all considered). Active RN License (Florida or Multistate Compact). BLS Certification (Must be obtained within 30 days of start). Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required (BSN preferred).
