Senior Business Analyst - Veeva Vault Quality

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep pharmaceutical industry expertise to join our technology integration team. In this role, you will lead business analysis efforts across Veeva Quality Docs and QMS implementations, serving as the core bridge between Quality Assurance stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This position plays a pivotal role in optimizing regulated document workflows and compliance processes. Location and Employment Details location: Warren, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $70.29 - 75.00 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Translate complex pharmaceutical quality processes into clear functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Facilitate workshops with senior leadership across Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance to define system scope. Collaborate closely with Veeva technical consultants to ensure accurate design of document lifecycles and training record structures. Participate in project governance to ensure solutions meet strict GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation standards. Qualifications 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry. Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Veeva Vault QMS or Quality Docs. Strong foundation in GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
