We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Irvine team. In this role, you'll manage and grow a book of business made up of real estate investors, working to understand their goals and connect them with off-market opportunities that fit their portfolio strategy. You'll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships while playing a key role in how we grow our investor network. This is a great fit for someone with a passion for real estate, a natural ability to build rapport, and a drive to deliver real value to the people they work with.

Compensation: $60,000 base + uncapped commissions with first year OTE $120,000+

Manage and nurture an active book of business comprised of real estate investors

Develop a deep understanding of each client's investment goals, criteria, and portfolio needs

Match investors with off-market property opportunities that align with their strategy

Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining consistent and proactive communication

Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and grow your book of business

Collaborate with our acquisitions team to stay current on available inventory and upcoming opportunities

Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in our CRM

Meet monthly and quarterly targets for client engagement and closed transactions

1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role; motivated recent grads with a strong interest in real estate are encouraged to apply

A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys understanding people's goals and helping them achieve them

Comfortable having consultative conversations with investors and high-value clients

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships at once

Knowledge of or interest in real estate investing is a strong plus

Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
