Job Title: ON-SITE - Business Analyst - HBITS-08-14859 Location: Albany, NY, 12210 Duration: Long-term (12) Job Description Detailed Job Description: This position will develop and/or maintain business requirements, test plans and test cases and perform functional and regression testing on applications. This position will also support production applications. Qualifications 84 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements 84 months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries. 84 months experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests (including regression testing) and ensuring requirement traceability. 84 months identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required. 24 months experience with systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or other applications utilized by law enforcement.)
