PeopleSoft Business Analyst with Billing, Accounts Receivable, eBill Payment, or Cash Management Duration: 30 months Work Location: 1220 Washington Ave, Albany NY 12226 Weekly Work Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Work Arrangement: Work must be performed at least 50% on-site, including every Tuesday on-site. Rate as follows: Corp to Corp rate $95.00 but sub-vendors must hold consultants H-1 Visa W/2 employee rate $85.00 per hour with benefits. Description of Engagement Provide senior-level business analysis support for the (SFS) PeopleSoft Financials environment. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating meetings with business and technical staff, analyzing existing business processes, supporting system design discussions, evaluating delivered PeopleSoft functionality, assisting with testing activities, and supporting implementation and production support efforts. The consultant will work closely with functional teams, technical teams, and agency stakeholders to support enhancements, projects, integrations, defect resolution, and ongoing operational support across multiple Financials modules. Minimum Qualifications Six or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of at least five of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis’ “A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge ® {BABOK® Guide}”): business analysis planning and monitoring elicitation and collaboration requirements life cycle management strategy analysis requirements analysis and design definition solution evaluation Six or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs. Six or more years of experience using an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures. Four or more years of experience performing business analysis in the PeopleSoft module(s) Billing, Accounts Receivable, eBill Payment, or Cash Management. Four or more years of experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with the end user community. Experience working in a large-scale public sector or government PeopleSoft Financials environment. Experience with upgrades, implementations, and new projects.
