Job Title: Land Surveyor - Atlanta USA We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to accurately determine property boundaries and locations. This role requires excellent problem‑solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Conduct field surveys using a variety of equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners. Collect and analyze data to determine accurate property boundaries and locations. Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings. Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on land. Provide expert advice on land use regulations and zoning laws. Maintain accurate records of survey data and results. Utilize advanced software programs for data analysis and mapping. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor. Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and equipment. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Proficient in using GPS receivers, total stations, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment. Experience with CAD software for mapping. Strong communication skills. Candidates must have their own visa to work in the USA. Part‑time positions are also available. Salary: $1,300 per month.
