About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Brand and Narrative to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company's brand and creative direction. This senior position is responsible for defining and maintaining the brand's narrative, visual identity, and writing style across various external touchpoints. The successful candidate will work closely with the cross-functional marketing team and freelance creative support to ensure that the brand is consistently represented and that the creative approach is rooted in strategy and insights. Key responsibilities include owning the brand direction, managing a bench of freelance creatives, writing and enforcing creative briefs, and directing creative for marketing events and campaigns. The role also involves building the top-of-funnel narrative in partnership with the executive team and managing the relationship with the comms agency. Applicants for the Head of Brand and Narrative role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in brand, editorial, or communications, with a strong background in B2B SaaS and enterprise marketing. A robust writing portfolio, particularly in the areas of thought leadership and value articulation, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in visual judgment, experience in art directing designers, and hands-on fluency in CMS and marketing automation tools. The role requires a strategic thinker who can set and manage brand standards, as well as someone with experience in recruiting and managing creative freelancers. The Head of Brand and Narrative will be a key player in the company's mission to deliver world-class customer experiences and must be adept at working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment.
