Crew Leader
We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team in Morgantown, WV. This is a full-time, steady position supporting plant maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience and advanced welding capabilities in an industrial environment.
The Crew Leader will oversee assigned maintenance tasks and support plant operations, including acting in a supervisory capacity during both planned and forced outages.
Work assignments are provided at the beginning of each week and may vary in scope. This role requires versatility, leadership, and strong technical expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating assigned maintenance tasks
- Performing and overseeing:
- Soot blower rebuilds
- Pre-fabrication of piping systems
- Construction of access platforms
- Weld buildup of wear plates
- Plant equipment removal, rebuild, and reinstallation
- Serving as acting supervisor during forced and planned outages
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
