ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of five. Insurance has always been a part of my life-my father was a State Farm agent, and before opening my own agency, I worked as a team member myself. Those experiences helped shape my passion for serving customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

My wife and I both attended Auburn University, and we stay busy with our children and two dogs. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with family and friends.

Community involvement is important to me, and while we're already active locally, we have plans to expand our participation in community events and outreach efforts in the years ahead.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Logan Steers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
