Construction Schedule Analyst

Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to join our Industrial Team. This is an entry‑level position based in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities Support senior scheduling staff with schedule duration loading and what‑if scenario evaluations. Review, develop, and update summary‑level and detailed schedules. Review, develop, and manage milestones and scope. Monitor and report recurring schedule deliverables. Input reasonable schedule logic and constraints based on discussion with task owners and teams. Run analyses to help stakeholders make key decisions on recovery. Review and identify tasks that do not meet factory need dates and highlight them to the project team. Integrate new and existing WBS based on agreed activity durations and logic. Assist supervisor with any schedule and/or program needs and perform additional duties as deemed necessary. Utilize Microsoft Office and other information technology tools in performance of work. Qualifications 0–2 years of professional experience in a related technical field. Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field from an accredited college/university. Special Skills Primavera experience preferred; strong Excel skills required. Ability to analyze large data sets, understand float, and tie scope. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with clear, logical approach. Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities. Comfortable working in a high‑change, fast‑paced environment.
