Location Las Vegas NV Hybrid minimum 3 days per week onsite About Switch SwitchAt Switch we dont just design build and operate data centerswe are enabling the technology of the future Led by Founder & CEO Rob Roy we believe in revolutionary innovation operational excellence and the principle of karma Switch is where talented people come together to EVOLVE the digital world We believe that innovation isnt just about technologyits about the people culture and purpose that make it happen Every Switch team member contributes to a mission greater than themselves to create the worlds most advanced digital infrastructure that powers the progress of humanity The Role Supply Chain Coordinator As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will support data center construction projects by coordinating logistics documentation and vendor communication for owner furnished equipment This role exists to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule documentation is complete and project teams have clear status updates You will work closely with project managers suppliers and internal teams to keep equipment moving and reduce delays What Youll Do Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules for owner furnished and contractor installed equipment Track domestic and international shipments and provide clear status updates Maintain accurate purchase orders shipping records invoices contracts and closeout documentation Support onsite delivery coordination including quality checks and documentation review Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and vendors to confirm schedules and accountability Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning Review drawing revisions to confirm equipment scope and requirements Prepare routine project reports and KPI updates Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements Provide onsite support at assigned project locations as needed What Were Looking For You communicate clearly and provide complete accurate updates You follow through on tasks and meet deadlines You stay organized while managing multiple priorities You work within established processes and escalates risks early You collaborate effectively with cross functional partners You focus on solutions and maintain accountability What Youll Bring Required 24 years of experience in supply chain logistics construction coordination or a related field Working knowledge of purchase orders shipping documentation and inventory tracking Experience coordinating vendors or suppliers Proficiency in Excel and standard project documentation tools Ability to work onsite at least three days per week in one of the listed locations Preferred Experience supporting construction or data center projects Familiarity with owner furnished equipment coordination Experience tracking international shipments Why Switch A Culture of Karma.
