Recruiting Coordinator

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team player to join our in‑house recruiting and administrative team in Schaumburg, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and supporting both recruiting and office operations in a fast‑paced, professional environment. As a Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our hiring process and day‑to‑day office functions running smoothly. You’ll support recruiting efforts, assist with onboarding, coordinate interviews, and handle essential administrative tasks that help our team stay efficient and connected. We believe in promoting from within and providing hands‑on training to help you grow both professionally and personally.
