Human Resources Administrator

HR Administrator
Location: Griffin, GA
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour
We are seeking an HR Administrator to support payroll, employee records, recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees while ensuring accurate HR and payroll administration
.Responsibilities
- :Process weekly payroll and resolve payroll-related inquiries
- .Maintain employee records and update HRIS systems, including Workday
- .Track employee attendance and support timekeeping processes
- .Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and onboarding
- .Support new hire orientation and employee engagement activities
- .Provide administrative and front desk support as needed
.Qualifications
- :Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Administrative Support
- .Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS systems preferred
- .Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- .Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
- .Bilingual candidates are a plus
