Boutique Manager - Gardens Mall

Summary The Boutique Manager oversees daily boutique operations and leads the sales team to deliver exceptional client service in a luxury watch environment. This role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of presentation and service. The manager supports the Boutique Director with business planning, staffing and operational execution. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling and sourcing new clients Evaluate performance and provide coaching and action plans for staff development Maintain awareness of market competition and watch trends Forecast, plan and manage business needs including payroll and staffing Manage daily operational tasks and retail selling standards Support recruitment, retention and serve as a leader within the boutique Develop product knowledge and train the team on current collections Foster a luxury client experience and collaborative environment Requirements 2+ years of retail service experience required, preferably in luxury retail Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent experience preferred Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems (labor, inventory, sales reporting) Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
