Facility: This is a 268-bed acute care inpatient and outpatient regional referral center serving the surrounding Nebraska community. The facility provides comprehensive OB/GYN services on a 24/7 basis and utilizes Epic EMR with full hospital support staff available for inpatient coverage.

Opportunity: Physician - OB/GYN

Job Details: Provide inpatient OB/GYN coverage on a 24-hour call basis for scheduled gap periods Responsible for daily rounding on all patients admitted to the OB/GYN service Manage any consults received during the assignment and must be available to respond at any time On-call coverage to the emergency department for precipitous deliveries, both vaginal and c-section Gynecology call to the emergency department including consultation and treatment as needed Diagnosis and management of conditions occurring during pregnancy through postpartum Perform major and minor abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures upon the female pelvis and related structures Expected patient volume of 1-5 patients per day EMR system: Epic Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics/Gynecology required Active Nebraska license or IMLC with active Letter of Qualification required ACGME/AOA accredited Residency Training Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology required Availability at time of name clear required Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days Preferred lodging: Candlewood Suites, Kearney, NE
