Manufacturing Director

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Director, this full-time position will manage a strategic manufacturing transformation to evolve a traditional production facility into a highly automated, digitally enabled operation, while collaborating with client stakeholders and delivery teams to drive results and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and plant leadership, facilitating critical decisions and managing transformation initiatives Identify operational and technology risks, developing mitigation strategies and validating business requirements to align solutions with manufacturing objectives Oversee delivery of strategic programs, ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction while mentoring delivery teams for successful outcomes Required qualifications 15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in complex industrial environments Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing or digital transformation programs Deep understanding of production operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain management Experience with automation, smart manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 initiatives Strong program leadership and stakeholder management skills
