Marketing Associate

A leading global provider of medical compression solutions is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives related to lymphedema, lipedema, wound care, and complex edema. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and will help plan, execute, and measure programs that increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of projects. This person will contribute to marketing campaigns, content development, digital marketing, market research, conferences, webinars, and customer events. This position is located in Peachtree City, Georgia. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the area. The position requires up to 30% travel for conferences, events, and presentations. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels. Coordinate project timelines, campaign deliverables, and marketing materials. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key results. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to complete projects. Content and Communications Create and edit emails, social media posts, blog articles, brochures, presentations, educational materials, and other promotional content. Ensure that all content follows brand standards and messaging guidelines. Support internal communications and product promotion initiatives. Help translate technical and clinical information into clear, engaging content for customers and healthcare professionals. Digital Marketing Assist with website updates in coordination with the Digital Marketing team. Support email marketing and medical education campaigns, including list management, content development, credentialing, and performance tracking. Schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and identify opportunities to grow the audience. Track digital marketing results and recommend improvements based on performance data. Market Research and Analysis Research customer needs, competitors, market trends, and industry developments. Compile and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain marketing databases, reports, and performance dashboards. Help gather customer and sales team feedback to support future marketing programs. Events and Trade Shows Assist with planning conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events. Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up activities. Attend events and presentations throughout the United States as needed. Support lead tracking and evaluate event performance. Project and Administrative Support Coordinate marketing assets, vendor relationships, and project documentation. Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking. Maintain organized and accurate records for marketing projects and materials. Follow company procedures and applicable healthcare, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field preferred. One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area preferred. Relevant internship experience will be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization, project management, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms. Experience with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation platforms is a plus. Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, graphic design platforms, or AI-supported marketing tools is helpful. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics is preferred.
