Position: IT Support Specialist II Location: Colorado Springs, CO Remote Status: On-Site Job Id: 13850-CORP # of Openings: 1 Auria is looking to hire an IT Support Specialist II for an onsite role located at 1755 Telstar Drive, Suite 400, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. What you can expect to do Provide high-quality Tier1 support and handle some escalated Tier2-level issues when needed Diagnose and resolve more complex incidents involving Windows systems, M365 services, security groups, Duo MFA, networking, and approved applications Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals with minimal oversight Manage M365 user and group administration, including permissions, security groups, and shared resource access Support mobile device management, including enrollment, compliance, and troubleshooting Use NinjaOne for remote support, system monitoring, scripting, and health remediation Collaborate with junior technicians and provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and coaching Assist in developing documentation, improving the knowledge base, and refining support workflows Participate in new-hire onboarding, ensuring workstation readiness, account provisioning, and a smooth handoff Conduct root‑cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory and participate in lifecycle maintenance activities Escalate issues appropriately and keep management informed of high-impact incidents Adhere to IT policies, security guidelines, change management processes, and compliance requirements Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, patience, and empathy What the team requires Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field preferred, with 3‑6 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience working on an IT help desk, technical support, or customer support with technical components Oral and written communication skills Strong proficiency with Windows workstation environments and Windows administration fundamentals Hands‑on experience with Microsoft365 user management, security groups, and productivity applications Experience with MFA, mobile device support, and basic to intermediate networking troubleshooting Familiarity with RMM tools such as NinjaOne for remote support, automation, or monitoring Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands, and handle escalations with professionalism Excellent communication skills, with a customer‑first mindset and strong situational awareness Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve successful team service delivery High level of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive information What the team prefers Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple Device Support, or Microsoft Fundamentals preferred Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, VPN) preferred Pay transparency $55,000 - $70,000 Application deadline October 5, 2026 Benefits Generous & growing PTO: start with a substantial paid time off package that increases every year you’re with us True flexibility: contract permitting, use flex time to work in a way that fits your life, not just your 8‑to‑5 11 paid days off: enjoy 6 fixed company holidays plus 5 floating holidays to use whenever you choose 401(k) match – yours to keep instantly: we match up to 4% of your contributions and the company match is yours from day one with no vesting wait‑period Industry‑leading education support: up to $12,000 annually for tuition and certifications Premium healthcare, lower costs: high‑quality medical plans paired with a company‑sponsored HSA to help you save for the future Fully covered life insurance: up to $50K provided at zero cost to you Holistic support: access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental health, financial coaching, and more Auria is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
