Responsibilities of back of the house team members:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Know the tasks of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food preparation.
• Learn to develop and train team members efficiently, and train teams to maximize team member productivity and engagement.
• Replenish kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to others in leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing internal training and staying updated on any changes
• Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
• Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
