This job posting is specifically for temporary ShipBob associates in our SICs who are transitioning to full-time employee roles.

Compensation: $15.75/hr

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Role Description:

Our associates work together as a team to provide an incredible experience to our customers every day. What You Will Do:

As an associate, you will work within one of several teams:

• Receiving: This team accepts new inventory from our clients and is responsible for the entire process of storing that inventory and accepting it into our system. The responsibility for communicating arrivals and any exceptions also corresponds to this team.
• Picking: Divided into two different processes, our picking team is responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. An integral team in the warehouse, pickers and their teammates keep the flow of customer products moving and keep the warehouse running.
• Packing: The final touches before a customer receives their products; the packing team is responsible for ensuring the quality of each shipment and packing items correctly. The packing team works together with the picking team to ensure shipments are fulfilled perfectly and is responsible for all aspects related to those shipments.
• Other duties as needed: We are a team, which means you will be asked to help in other areas outside of your normal daily responsibilities to ensure operations run efficiently.
• This role includes responsibility for ensuring that products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Team members are expected to follow all standard operating procedures, report any concerns related to the condition or integrity of the product, support traceability through accurate records, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

What You Will Bring:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime and/or weekends as business needs require, and arrive at work punctually and consistently.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds without restriction.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during an 8 to 10 hour shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and frequently push/pull.
• May be required to assist in other departments as needed.
• Willing to get your hands dirty to get the job done.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Capacity to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Looking to break into a fast-growing emerging company.
• No prior warehouse experience required. You will go through a 7-day training program!
• Must be 18 years or older.
