Overview We are seeking a senior employment litigation associate. The Employment Group handles a wide variety of employment matters for a balanced plaintiff and defense practice. The group seeks an attorney with 5+ years of employment law experience in both litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have experience advising employers (including early and mid-stage startup companies) on employment law matters and representing them in state and federal proceedings.
