We are committed to providing service excellence to all and ensuring our patients receive the optimal level of care that will be most beneficial to their health and recovery.The Housekeeper is responsible for daily janitorial and maintenance duties such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventive environment within OSHA & JCAHO regulations. This position also monitors the facility grounds, responds to all emergency situations as needed or requested. Perform routine cleaning tasks of patients' rooms, offices and public areas as assigned by supervisor: vacuum, dust, mop, sweep and take out trash. Assist Plant Operations Director and Housekeeping Supervisor needed. Report any situations that may affect the health and well-being of patients or employees. Schedule: Per DiemQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. On-the-job training provided.Experience: A minimum of two (2) years experience in janitorial, light maintenance and security/safety duties, preferably in a health care facility preferred.Additional Requirements: CPR Certification. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Incumbent may be required to work variable shifts, overtime and flexible hours.
