Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, this role involves mechanical and electronic assembly operations, operation of assembly equipment under close supervision, and the weighing and pressing of pyrotechnic powders in accordance with approved procedures.You will be responsible for meeting assigned job completion schedules, performing self-inspections to ensure compliance with established quality and production requirements, and accurately reporting run times and quantities. Strict adherence to company, customer, and regulatory policies is required. You will also maintain assigned equipment and work areas and promptly report any out-of-tolerance conditions, quality concerns, or equipment issues to supervision. This position plays a critical role in supporting safe, compliant electromechanical manufacturing and PTI Technologies' commitment to quality and operational excellence.What we're looking for in An Electromechanical Assembler ITo thrive as an Electromechanical Assembler I at PTI Technologies, certain skills and qualifications are vital. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with standard measuring instruments (SMI) is essential for precise measurements.
