Position Purpose Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records Specialty: Neurology Location: 5965 East Broad St, suite 260, Columbus OH 43213 hours of office: Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. What You Will Do Welcome patients Register patients Gather insurance, check demographics Soft collections Answering incoming calls EPIC Minimum Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent Licensure / Certification: N/A Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred Basic computer skills required Position Highlights and Benefits Mount Carmel Health System recognized by Forbes in 2025 as one of America's Best State Employers.
