Field Operations Specialist

When working with Mercury, clients get personal attention, rather than a 1-800 number, and personalized guidance for their complicated shipments.
The right person for this job needs to enjoy working from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift. This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night.
- Solve various client issues on a nightly basis.
- Serve as back-up walking courier.
- Perform data entry.
- Opening/Closing the office/facility
- Assisting with customer support tickets
- Process Asset Returns
- Process AM Field Ops Export/NFO/Import Documents
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years previous experience
- Military experience is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
