Key responsibilities Answers calls efficiently for multiple areas, ensuring accurate information and customer assistance Schedules patient appointments in electronic systems, prioritizing health issues according to urgency Documents customer information and communicates effectively with clinic staff and providers Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of relevant work experience Basic knowledge of patient scheduling and call center etiquette Understanding of customer service principles and patient satisfaction improvement Ability to navigate complex situations and make sound decisions Virtual Vocations Inc
