Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapeutic approaches to address specific client issues.

• Coordinate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing progress and making appropriate adjustments based on their evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer remote sessions, ensuring accessibility for individuals with mobility issues or other barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatment sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay current with emerging mental health practices and methodologies.

Qualifications\n
